We went back and forth on the color and requirements since I have small wrists I wanted the smaller sized bands. We talked about padding and how I disliked thick padding. He was also very kind and added on the quick spring bars.
It was a delight working with Andy and his team, the straps came our great. He was very accommodating to all my requests and it couldn’t have been a better experience.
